Restaurant offering traditional Creole cuisine based on meat and fish dishes.
The old Ginger Syrup has had a makeover: Le Gingembre Nouveau awaits you! Here you can enjoy traditional Creole cuisine. The meats and fish used come from hunting and fishing around the marsh: wood meat, pakira, wood pig, atipa and smoked or smoked coulan. The restaurant also offers a shuttle service by pirogue from the landing stage to the village of Kaw, as well as day and night tours of the marshes.

Déjeuner au restaurant compris dans une balade avec le Morpho. Très bons jus frais, bonne cuisine permettant de goûter du gibier et de l'atipa ("poisson préhistorique"). Au milieu du village de Kaw, après 50 km de route sur la montagne et un peu de navigation dans le marais, on se sent très très loin du monde !

hello, they us paid (3x7€) shuttle while you went " que" eat in their restaurant. With terminal for 3, you had for 75€ with ice cream finish which designed in the menu and we were charged for 3 4,50€ baby food (pot kind plastic coffee) with ice candie without taste a priori not prepared in an ice cream freezer and/or defrosted/recongelé. It was the second that went. The fish is good and cooked, but in the end it is too expensive. I enclose the bill.
