Condor offers cheap one-way or return flights from Paris or the provinces direct to Tobago. With a bit of luck at the last minute, you'll find a ticket that's not too expensive. You'll still have a stopover in Frankfurt, which is Condor's hub, but you'll arrive at Crown Point the same evening, which is very pleasant.
