ALI’S DOUBLES 1938

In San Fernando, when you go up the sloping street of Vistabella before going down to the city center, you are used to parking your car at number 36 and lining up for the pleasure of tasting Ali's doubles. This small street restaurant is a kind of institution in the second city of Trinidad. You can meet everybody there, from policemen enjoying their break to people from the street, from executives to workers, everybody enjoys the best doubles of the island. The food, very local, is very good.
