The Lopinot cave is one of the easiest caves to access in Trinidad. It can be reached by a small path that leaves the main road, but heavy rains can block access, so we advise you to ask in the village before you start your discovery. Many bats share this cave with a rare species of white cockroach. The visit can be frightening for sensitive people but it is not dangerous. Watch where you step so as not to disturb a snake.
