APSARA

Apsara is a very chic, upscale Indian restaurant located in the south of Savannah. The menu lines up the classic dishes of North Indian cuisine: tandoori, byriani korma; but also some South Indian and Goa dishes. Stick to the starters and vegetarian dishes to limit the bill... The restaurant takes its name from the Apsaras who in Indian legend were the favorite dancers of the goddess Indra. They allowed her to move freely between earth and heaven, ensuring the joy of those who accompanied her.
