A small pizzeria set up by Davide Caré, the Italian chef of Retrogusto, whose career has guaranteed his fame through his experiences all over the world. Good artisanal pizzas with quality ingredients and in particular a "00" flour imported from Italy. Here, the Neapolitan recipe is followed to the letter, just like back home. Everything is handmade, from the leaven to the dough, with the chef's touch! Gluten-free option on request. Also on the menu, the soup of the day. A good value for money for a tasty stopover.
