Every two years, a glorification of the African influence in Panamanian folklore. Theatrical dances, inherited from the black slaves who mocked their Spanish masters, impressive colorful masks and an overexcited atmosphere, to the rhythm of drums and songs! Alternately, in even-numbered years, the Festival de la Pollera Conga takes place, just as festive, with wild dances featuring polleras, those beautiful Panamanian dresses.
