In this immaculate neoclassical building are the offices of the Ministry of Culture, formerly the National Institute of Culture. A new organization for a stronger cultural dynamic. In 2008, the building was used as a location for the filming of Quantum of Solace (James Bond): it had been transformed for the occasion into a luxurious Bolivian hotel! On the right side of the building, a small intimate theater offers some performances, the Teatro Anita Villalaz.
