CASCO YOGA

Casco Yoga was started by Maya and Edwin Davis, a Dutch-Panamanian couple. Different types of yoga and many workshops (health, mindfulness...) are offered. Classes are taught in English by experienced teachers. Originally located next to Plaza Herrera, this yoga center has a good reputation. However, please note that classes are no longer held in person but only online. Several options are available, including access to an online course library to complete the sequences.
