BISSAP CAFE

This restaurant is undoubtedly one of the best in the whole of Mopti. Held by a young French and a renowned Dogon guide, it is an inescapable stop, both by its cuisine inspired and by its careful framework, of Sudanese architecture. From the tropical garden on the terrace overlooking the river, through the ethno bar (concerts every weekend), nothing is left at random. The lighting is even designed from salt plates! On the side of the dishes, there are for all tastes: Bœuf beef sauce, sweet potato sauce sauce "saga saga", Andalusian gaspacho or pizza pizza and even milkshakes… It's cool, it's good, it's changing. A very good address.
