FATTOUSH

This restaurant is a must on Ben Gourion Avenue, which runs through the German colony and links the harbor-side seafront with the Baha'i gardens. Its terrace is very pleasant in summer, and the whole of Haifa gathers here for a hearty breakfast, a light lunch or a cheerful dinner with family or friends. On the menu, authentic Arabic cuisine: manakeesh for breakfast, local mezzes and fresh salads for starters, traditional vegetarian dishes(mujaddara, sajiyeh), deliciously prepared meats(kefta, kebab, maaloubeh...). Not to be missed.
