These restaurants of the American Colony Hotel serve excellent cuisine in the most pleasant surroundings. During the summer months, the Courtyard's inner courtyard is a delight, with its small pond, mulberry trees and intimate tables. During the winter months, we opt for the colorful conviviality of Val's Brasserie. The menu offers a variety of international dishes with an oriental twist. For a lighter (and less expensive) meal than the more formal Arabesque, while enjoying the hotel's charm.
