This little boui-boui run by a gruff but friendly owner is located in the Mahane Yehuda market. It offers just a few specialties, but they're divinely prepared, including the best hummus we've tasted in town. Mezzes to take away (perfect for a picnic!) or to enjoy on the spot are mostly vegetarian (and even vegan): lentil dumplings, soups, kebbe ... Don't hesitate to try them all: the flavors are there for the taking, and the prices are particularly reasonable. We're happy to come back day after day.
