Run by a Frenchman, the Puro Corazón is a typically "tulumesque" restaurant, with a very invigorating eco-beach style. The food is very good: specialties of grilled fish and seafood(aguachile, tostadas, pescadillas...). The ceviches are succulent, as are the tacos, guacamole, or the stewed fish cooked in a banana leaf. Very nice presentation of the dishes and good cocktails. For the pleasure of the ears, the restaurant invites quality music groups and DJ's in the evening.
