This restaurant, set back from the touristy streets, offers hearty Mexican cuisine whose seafood dishes have built the reputation of the establishment. Here, the shrimp and fish are seasoned in a particular way, according to the house recipes: with mango coulis and pieces of kiwi, a goat cheese mousse, coriander sauce, or tomato jam.
