La Fishería is the restaurant of the famous Mexican TV chef Aquiles Chavez and it is a well-known address in Playa del Carmen. You can enjoy fish and seafood cooked Mexican style in a relaxed beach atmosphere for a change of scenery. All the dishes are delicious and as beautiful as good. Owner's Message
With the sole intention of taking the most precious thing we have, our gastronomy, out of Mexico, it all started with a very Mexican project in the most central part of Houston, Texas. Something strange and maybe for personal reasons we went there, but that's where our journey begins, our Fishe. Already oriented to the American market, the famous Argentine television channel Utilisima and later Sony Entertainment had the good idea to make us known not only through the flavors of our cuisine, but also through the television recording every detail. of the departure of La Fishe :
Its construction, assembly, preparation and opening, giving us the opportunity to be known through the reality show "Aquiles en Houston", broadcast throughout Latin America via Utilísima. But what was ours, what was ours, was always very mexa, and once we conquered the gabacho, we decided to return. With the fixed idea that it was first of all our people and our country that we had to enchant, we came back to offer our hearts, with what we like to do the most.
