This restaurant of regional specialties is well known throughout Yucatán. It also has branches in Merida, Ticul and Oxkutzcab. The house speciality is poc-chuc, fine pieces of pork and turkey cooked on charcoal, accompanied by tomato sauce, frijol colado (beans), onions and chili peppers... not forgetting of course the traditional tortillas hechas a mano (handmade) in which you will wrap this unmistakable Yucateca recipe. Other specialities complete the menu.
