Here you can discover the most beautiful natural spots, even if (apart from diving which requires a certification), all levels are welcome: safety equipment is at the top during these excursions which are always close to the waterfalls and rivers of the area (when it is not on the coast). You will need a helmet and gloves for canyoning and abseiling (water shoes are also welcome), caving, and even paragliding. For the rest, use your legs (hiking and mountain biking) or your arms (kayaking).
