In a quiet and charming place, far from the boiling room, this small restaurant held by a Bordeaux offers a variable geometry map according to the weeks, with starters and dishes of terrestrial or aquatic inspiration: Ceviche de (fruits of passion), gaspacho, ratatouille, brandy chicken, blue shrimp, mignon filet, etc., and some pretty premium desserts.
