Accompanied by a local guide and in a very small group, you will take a 4-hour stroll through the historic center, punctuated by 5 stops at the best culinary addresses in the city. On the program, presentation and tasting of more than 20 typical dishes and drinks of the region: moles, tlayuda, mezcals and atole (traditional drink made of corn), all more delicious than the others! In addition to discovering the richness of the flavors of the different dishes, guests also have the chance to meet the chef of each establishment during a question and answer session. If you're curious about Mexican food culture, this is a day that turns into a friendly cooking class. The portions are just large enough to allow guests to leave with a full belly (and heart) without feeling overly hungry (or excited). It is recommended to eat light before the visit.
