ZOOLÓGICO MUNICIPAL NOEL KEMPFF MERCADO

A traditional walk of the Cambas, it is the fruit of the work of researcher Noël Kempff, murdered in 1986 by drug traffickers. The zoo concentrates the different species that populate the Oriente. The section devoted to the parabas (the macaw family) is extraordinary, as is a gigantic cage where birds thrive in conditions of confinement that are not necessarily bearable.
