DOSSIER

An original restaurant in a rather banal setting. The room is located upstairs while on the ground floor there is a French bakery selling also some snacks. The "Dossier" offers a French cuisine with Bolivian influences. For lunch, an interesting almuerzo formula with soup, main course and dessert, the price of which depends on the choice of main course. In the evening, a unique tasting menu of several specialities which varies every month, to be accompanied by a bottle of Bolivian wine (in moderation).
