This restaurant, located in an 1890 house and run by Axel Gockenbach, has become a Santa Cruz classic over the years. It offers all kinds of dishes, German of course, such as schnitzel or schweinebraten, but the Bistro also offers a varied menu and many suggestions of the day. Careful presentation, quality products and impeccable service have won the hearts of the Cruceños. German beers, spirits and wines are on the menu. The place is pleasant, especially if you dine in the patio. We love it!
