This meat restaurant is certainly one of the best in Tarija. No disappointment in perspective. Go on the achuras on entry (offal) and then on the chorus of chorizo, picanha, cuadrial colita or chancho with all the enthusiasm of the accomplished carnivore. All meat is cooked in the parilla, in the purest Argentine style. It goes hand in hand with a good wine. Excellent breakfast buffet (salads, topping). A little expensive, but it's worth it. Attentive and discreet service.
