The oldest and most famous of Tarija's taverns. On the main square, you appreciate the terrace and the large room which evokes a brewery in the old but without great charm. Meat dishes, pasta, pizzas, sandwiches and one or two Mexican skylines make up the main part of the map. Kitchen is not surprising but quality. Also offers ice cream and a certain choice of liqueurs, cocktails and local wines. Fast filling and staff is often overcrowded (but servers know their case). A safe value.
