Uyuni

The craft brewery was born in 2021, thanks to Josimar Pérez who, after a 5-year preparation to train and acquire the necessary equipment, realized his dream of creating an authentic beer, using local water and working with uyunenses artisans. The recipes feature ingredients such as quinoa, herbs and fruits from the region, resulting in unique flavors. They embody the essence of the land of Uyuni.
