We travel for one year family and we were very bad experience with this agency.
It is very expensive and quality is not at all.
We called upon them for three days excursion into the forest with Villa Tunari and badly last.
They told us many lies:
- Car was to be big and spacious, it was very small even fell several broken down times to return.
- The guide was not very experienced told it a little wanting.
- Normally, all the meal was included except alcolized drinks. I was surprise to learn that I was to pay my dessert because I was called just one main course.
- In the forest, we were a local English guide, it was in Spanish.
- In a park, we were to visit a refuge for animals and to talk to the volontaires on site. In fact, the animals are not accessible, as well as the volonataires.
- The best for the end, you had required to book a bus to us. One On site, we has to embark on a 12:00 rotten bus another companie
I suggest avoiding this companie!
