Old Hostal Solario. Atmosphere of holiday camp (but haunted) in this posada of youth hostel style. The rooms, very simple but large enough, overlook a very noisy and dark patio. An address for troubleshooting the tired budget.

Then yes, it is really an address for budget " las, but the las hitchhiker will have trouble relaxing: it is noisy, so because of tourists than the staff, who can not do in discretion.
For 5 bowl, I stayed in Hostal Austria (near Plaza Murillo), and it is for me the best address budget La Paz.
