Fancy a bite to eat in an emblematic place of La Paz? Since 1963, the sandwiches of this shop have been seducing the Pacenians, who, every day, wait patiently in front of a long line of hungry customers to get one of these little delicacies. Patricia, Doña Paulina's daughter, will serve them with a coffee or, as most prefer, with a cup of sultana: a tea made of parchment (the husk of the coffee bean), cinnamon, cloves and cane sugar.
