For more than 30 years, Emiliana Condori has been getting up every morning at 3 a.m. to prepare a stuffing made of potatoes, rice and plantains. Her homemade recipe is so famous that even the giant Netflix dedicated a chapter to her in its documentary series Street Food: Latin America. Originally fromthe town of Guaqui, in the Ingavi province of La Paz, she welcomes her loyal customers every day around 9am to enjoy a unique and tasty breakfast.
