It is mainly a restaurant that reinvents Bolivia's gastronomy, an inspired cuisine that tries to best express the culinary art of the country. Among the various dishes offered, you can't miss the trout trout with their chick peas, or the duck duck of the Bolivian Oriente… and of course the salteña or the oriental cuña. The room is convenient and the elegant setting. The service is a little slow.
