On the ground floor of the Naira Hotel, the atmosphere is warm and bright, with a European decor. Look up and you will see beautiful coloured cholas hanging from the ceiling. Very pleasant little patio. Bolivian pastries, very tasty sandwiches, vegetarian dishes, as well as very good coffees and cappuccinos. Quality buffet breakfasts. The formulas for thealmuerzo are also very attractive. A good place to stop in between shopping for crafts in the surrounding streets. It is open on Sunday evenings.
