FESTIVAL OF THE SAINT JAMES RUM DISTILLERY

Every year, the Saint-James distillery in Sainte-Marie hosts a day dedicated to sugar cane and rum. Concerts, dances, exhibitions and various shows make this day a good time to share with friends or family to discover the history and techniques of Martinique rum making. It is also an opportunity to visit the Rum Museum, located in the current distillery, one of the highlights of the distillery.
