In the magnificent grounds of the Musée de la Banane, this tropical fruit is presented in all its guises: in cocktails, au gratin, mashed potatoes, French fries, velvets, skewers and, of course, desserts! In addition to bananas, which come in different varieties (Cavendish, plantain, apple fig...), the menu features local produce and changes regularly according to the season and the chef's whims.
