Located in the grounds of the Saint-James distillery, this restaurant is an essential stopover on any trip to the north of the island. It serves traditional, inventive and very affordable Creole cuisine: snapper filet with crayfish coulis, fricassee of catrou, local fish or grilled lobster with dog sauce, pâté en pot, blanc-manger coco, péyi cake... On Sunday lunchtimes, the restaurant comes alive with its "musical lunches" by Ambiance 3D. Atmosphere guaranteed!
