In the heart of lush vegetation, J.M is one of the island's last artisanal distilleries. The sugar cane comes from the Habitation Bellevue on highly fertile volcanic soil, ideal for growing exceptional sugar cane. From the fermentation vats to the distillation columns, the tour is designed to appeal to all the senses, right through to the boutique, where you can sample singular single casks and exceptional aged rums.

Une très belle distillerie enclavée au milieu des bois on se croirait dans un autre univers. Ce n est pas mon rhum préfère mais le lieu vaut le détour.on vous offre même un pins en arrivant. Visite possible gratuitement.

Très intéressant et bonne dégustation
Visite passionnante ! Nous pouvons suivre le processus de fabrication du rhum de la récolte à la canne à sucre à la mise en bouteille en passant par des ateliers olfactifs et de dégustation, très agréable pour finir ! ;)
