It is in a warm atmosphere that Serge, the new owner, and his team welcome you to 1643. In the kitchen, the chef works on a creative cuisine with Creole accents and local flavors. The menu is audacious and original: Tahitian style fish of the day, roasted blue crayfish with glaze, or duck breast stuffed with foie gras. You can enjoy these hearty dishes on the large terrace facing the garden. In the evening, the atmosphere is even more romantic, thanks to the subdued lights. A beautiful address!

Un restaurant où il faut aller absolument lors de votre séjour en Martinique. La cuisine y est délicieuse et il n'y a que la route à traverser pour se prélasser ensuite à l'ombre sur la plage.
