REGY WALK

Nous avons réservé chez Regi balade pour 5 personnes et ne regrettons absolument pas. L'endroit est idyllique, le personnel est agréable et au petit soin et le repas délicieux. Nous étions très bien encadrés et libre.
Nous recommandons a 100% la journée complète avec Regy balade!!!

We were moved on Regy Walk by another vendor who could not take us for 1/2 day (in the morning). We still regret having accepted!!!! The service was CATASTROPHIC from beginning to end. When we arrived all 4 (2 adults + 2 children of 2 and 5 years), we felt that the " capitaine" had not been prevented that it should make 1/2 day with us (the other people for a day, we were the only ones for 1/2 day). It had probably provided wanting to do and was very aggravated have to work… and it is not private to make us feel it!!!!
As boarding on the boat, not even a hello nor a few words of presentation, but only a " Go, you get there, sit " …
The suite was same level: not a word of explanation on what we were going to show or… Only unpleasant reflections of the style " No, you are not here that unbalances the bateau" or, when we tried réexpliquer with our children his some explanations on the mangrove " But not, it is all that you did not have anything, don't say anything to your children…'.
For the rest of the visit, even hateful atmosphere: not a smile or a nice word… The suite was same level: he made us poireauter 1:30 (for 3:00 of walk in total) to fetch other guests without us to say when he returned…
In short, a HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE, we obviously do not recommend person.
