Sugar shop where the chef concocts dishes inspired by traditional Creole cuisine.
This old sugar factory dating from 1669 is one of the first sugar factories. The stone building underwent major rehabilitation work in 2006 after having been abandoned for a very long time. The dishes offered are all inspired by traditional Creole cuisine and the vegetables served come from the Sugar Factory's garden located only a few kilometers away. On Friday nights, the specialty is Creole soup. On site, two studios are available for rent. The beach and the coastal path are only a few meters away.

Magnifique endroit tenu par une passionnée de l'histoire et de la cuisine! Le hasard nous y a conduit et nous sommes tombés sous le charme du lieu! Prenez le temps de vous y arrêter et d'écouter Chantal!
Hello, stayed near the sugar refinery on the good advice of a friend, you really loved this simple setting, charming, quiet and relaxing... The welcome Chantal, the lady was very friendly and will probably go back we so its attention daily was charming... In the restaurant, we tried it lunch and they were very good, the impeccable service... Very good address!
A must to discover (has to watch the discreet sign on the road after Ste Rose!) combining quality of the reception, high - level table as well as the authenticity of the place and the objects assembled by its manager! fans recommendation:)
