The restaurant Clara is a real institution in Sainte-Rose. The establishment is ideally located, facing the sea, with a view of the Grand cul-de-sac marin, in the centre of the town. To the tradition in the kitchen, the New Clara combines the renewal in the reception with its new high terrace which opens on a new horizon (with a superb panorama opening on the sea). The kitchen brigade will guide you to discover the paella sainte-rosienne. The fish salad and the stuffed crab are part of the must-haves of the house.

Friendly service and very friendly. Clara is a colourful personality with pleasure comes to accommodate and greet his guests. It has its dishes and can provide water to the mouth. We have been eating very well. The prices it is some are not " donnés" , but it is also a place where accras cod contain cod and that it is not a preparation of sachet!
This address was recommended to us and rightly so by the buildings.
As for the waiting time...we were on holiday and we have nothing to say!

Menu a decent price (€15) if you arrive in being were served. The service was so slow that even the buildings left the restaurant. The staff and motivation cuisine. The owner is fun about it given the restaurant is full tourists. Nondescript dishes. Minimum 3 hours for entrance/main course and dessert and it is not a gourmet restaurant. In short, wanting.

Perfect welcome, very good meal (especially the fruit gratin with bread). Do not miss the ice cream from Clara which are exceptional (sweet potatoes, flour coconut, coconut, kilibibi, ginger and rattan).
