Family restaurant on the seafront to have lunch with your feet in the sand and enjoy the local cuisine.

This restaurant boasts a privileged location: you can swim at any time before, after and even during your meal, as the sea is just a stone's throw away. Enjoy lunch with your feet in the sand, shaded by an umbrella. The sons fish, the mother cooks and the other family members serve. The cuisine is unpretentious and the plates are copious (Creole platter, grilled fish or fish in court-bouillon, lobster...). It's advisable to arrive as early as noon to take advantage of the best tables and limit the wait for dishes.

Very good address recommended by our renter car, at the waterfront waters of a beautiful beach. Very good grilled fish opposite.

Un restaurant qui vit sur sa notoriété passée. Une fricassée de ouassous composé de 5 crevettes baignant dans une sauce fade et sans goùt, accompagnée de riz et d'un morceau de banane et d'igname, ces deux derniers froids et deux accras mous. Ce plat pour 17 euros.
Il y a beaucoup mieux et moins cher à Saint Louis.

Aah qu'il est agréable de déjeuner les pieds dans le sable. Ce restaurant bénéficie d'un emplacement magnifique directement sur la jolie plage de Saint-Louis (parking aisé, juste en face).
La cuisine y est simple mais goûteuse et l'addition relativement douce.
Cette famille de pêcheurs vous assurent une fraîcheur des produits et une cuisson des poissons "juste comme il faut".

C'est toujours agréable de manger les pieds dans le sable. Surtout lorsque la cuisine est bonne.

Les plats sont simples (cuisse de poulet, poisson grillé, Colombo de capri ou de poulet, court-bouillon, fricassé de lambi et langouste grillée) accompagnés de légumes locaux et riz blanc ou riz avec haricots rouges.

De nombreux habitants de l'île me l'ont recommandé comme un des meilleurs rapport qualité/prix et c'est bien le cas.

As for the cuisine of colombo kids was made on the one hand bone and on the other hand of nervous breakdown and grasse. I made a unpretentious and I immediately had another dish without delay (a little better BOF but nevertheless). If the meat was not top the sauce was. On the other hand acras them were more than average: not crispy of all, a little like pommes noisettes! In short. The fish of my husband was very good, including chicken colombo of my son. There were still accompaniment: rice, corn, beetroot, cucumber, banana but they are nice. Service with a smile of the young lady, unfortunately. Affordable prices. I would only for the site and do not eat so mall!
