Le 8 mars 2018 c était la Mi-Carême fèrié en Guadeloupe de ce fait , les traversées pourtant confirmées la veille ont été annulés sans dédommagement aucun. Nous étions plus d une dizaine dans ce cas pour le bateau de 15h30 de L EXPRESS DES ILES . Certains avaient même réservés et payés leurs billets pour cette traversée . Guichets fermés. Ces compagnies se moquent des clients !!! Bien embêtant quand on a un avion à prendre avec billet non remboursable ...

la traversée vers marie-galante s'est très bien passée avec cette compagnie : le jeudi sur internet tarif spécial.
le bateau est propre , confortable et le personnel accueillant.
les bureaux ouvrent tard et les distributeurs de ticket en panne

An advice, not to get too early! ! ! If you are planning a trip to Dominica for example or Guadeloupe, a morning departure may seem entertaining. The counter to get tickets are not open, information given by the employees present are erroneous, all resembles improvisation, as if it were the first crossing! ! ! Tickets are reclaimed at the counter and not check-in as you can tell you. Apart from these questions entertaining for a tourist wishing that all perform without tears or questions, travel then takes place perfectly to Roseau, where however douaniers are more finicky. The excavation luggage is... Be careful also not bring too tight hours, hours as the dates of trips can be widely modified without notice.

Regular services that are not necessarily respected and passengers who are not necessarily well-informed changes hours last minute (e.g. trips January 29th of FdF to advanced La Dominique at the Friday, January 28! and deferred to the Sunday, January 30 for passengers who had not been warned! no refund offered! Quid of care of extra fees life!)
