Laurent and Nathalie have a good reputation in terms of catering having managed several gastronomic restaurants in mainland France and then in Guadeloupe. They decided to set up in the centre of Gosier. The Auberge d'Autrefois is a reflection of Laurent's cuisine, an ode to traditional gastronomy, which is often high in calories, but which we appreciate so much! (frog legs Laurent's way, risotto with ceps, millefeuille Lenôtre's way...). The service takes place in a hushed space.
