Germaine and her family invite you to discover the cassava that she works in all its forms. Cassava (sweet or savory) is prepared before your eyes on 200 year old plates, but also cassava-based sweets (cream puffs, chocolate hazelnut cake, bourdalou pie, butter cake, coconut cake). You can taste them in the garden which provides the vegetables and fruits that are used, among other things, to make home-made jams. If Germaine has time, she will show you her garden.
