Lors d'un repas le soir, ma femme n'a pris qu'un plat et moi le menu complet. Première surprise peu habituelle le plat chaud (boeuf et gratin appelé dauphinois) a été servi simultanément avec mon entrée. Peu importe, mais après une heure d'attente j'ai réalisé que j'avais été oublié pour la suite. La serveuse m'a dit que les réclamations, c'était la pièce d'à côté "chez mon chef". En fait le chef était le patron ou gérant qui n'a rien voulu savoir et est entré dans une violente colère en me menaçant d'expulsion à coups de pieds au... sa seule retenue était mon âge. Nous avons immédiatement payé ce que nous avions consommé et avons regagné notre chambre. Le lendemain, petit déjeuner dans un restaurant voisin et départ... sans regrets vers des cieux plus cléments.

After this comment, this monsieur sent to stroll beautifully by pretexting that it has 20 years of experience and that it did not have a lesson to receive a former lyon restaurateurs. Many guests left without having had the menu after a 1/2 waiting, which is inadmissible, meet too many guests today who took menus! Especially strange restaurateurs who has to learn his trade with fanciful and forget the Courtesy. A shame because the main course was excellent (baron of lamb with a delicious gratin. There are restaurateurs who suffer from the crisis especially by their location while in this city, it is the passage making live its business.
Smile is a word for this owner and certainly is always right in front of other people.
