Les Chenets welcomes you in the heart of the Champsaur, in a pleasant setting with the landscapes of the Ecrins within easy reach. Hervé Guérin picks a few products from the mountains to elaborate a cuisine with sunny flavours and fragrant herbs and spices. Discover, among others, the valley plate with tourtons, ravioles, cured ham, to follow with a slice of pork in sea buckthorn and honey sauce with potato cake, with small onions and carrots or a potato cake with prunes and bacon to finish with a surprise apple in caramel sauce. On the accommodation side, the establishment has 16 rooms, simple but well kept.
