Macha Fava is not a Peruvian restaurant - Macha Fava is the dialect name for the inhabitants of Saint-Chaffrey - but a restaurant that puts the spotlight on local produce, often organic, by offering mountain specialties, raclettes and fondues in particular. A terrace at the foot of the mountains and, above all, a dining room can accommodate both large groups and romantic tête-à-têtes.
