The Roll'air Cable is one of Europe's longest zip lines. The cable is 1.8km long and links the Drouvet summit (2650m) to Lac Long (2500m). Visitors can enjoy a 1min20 journey between heaven and earth as they launch themselves headfirst down the zip line. In summer, good sneakers are recommended for access to the site. Payment is by cash or vacation vouchers only. In winter, the zip line is accessible to skiers (return via the Rochasson red run) and pedestrians (return along a ski run, with walking shoes or shoes suitable for snow). It is open to pedestrians from 9am to 2pm. Allow a 15-minute walk from the end of the zip line to the Télémix de Rocherousse. The zip line is open daily from 01/07 to 03/09/2023 and from 16/12/2023 to 14/04/2024, subject to favorable weather conditions. Tickets can be purchased online.

Et je dois dire que je m'attendais à éprouver un gros frisson en testant la plus haute tyrolienne d' Europe !! Au moment du saut, j'eu en effet un certain stress et apréhension. Mais au fur et à mesure de l'avancée, le fameux frisson disparut rapidement....Et remplacé cependant par la découverte d'un magnifique panorama montagneux.
Les sauts de chaque passagers se faisant à la chaîne, Il manquait tout de même d'explications pour l'enfant de 8 ans, qui a paniqué au moment de l'attente en l'air avant l'arrivée.
Je l'ai fait une fois, j'étais curieuse, mais ne repayerai pas 30€ qui est plutôt honéreux pour une descente qui dure environ 1min30, et pas si sensationnelle que cela au final.
