In the heart of Le Monêtier, a fine gourmet address with chef Julien Momon's 16âme. Trained at a number of fine restaurants, he has now taken the plunge (in Monêtier, of course...) with a gastronomic table. Excellent work on products, often local - provenance clearly indicated - and seasonal - the menu changes regularly - dishes served in a warm, wooded setting and a relaxed atmosphere. 5-step tasting menu to discover the chef's world. Excellent wine list for successful pairings. Top of the line!
