In this typical mountain setting recently renovated in a contemporary way, the chef prepares a superb menu of regional specialities based on products carefully selected for their quality. We settle down in a friendly atmosphere to discover the house specialities: pierrades, fondues, croziflette... When simplicity meets greediness, we savour a raclette du Queyras or an astonishing salmon tartiflette. Home made desserts and a beautiful whisky and wine cellar for the amateurs. An epicurean address where you can take refuge in winter and summer.
